フレジエを作りました！
フランス風ストロベリーケーキとでも言ったらいいのかな。。
色々なパターンがありますが、こうやって苺の断面がみえるデザインが特徴。
ムスリーヌ・クリーム（バタークリーム＋カスタード）というちょっと濃厚なクリームで仕上げてあります。
ファーマーズマーケットで真っ赤な苺が手に入ったので、それはそれは美味しかったです。

２日ぐらい経ったケーキのクリームにも苺のフレーバーが移っていて、予想以上に美味しかったのは発見でした。また、どうぞ参加して下さいね〜♫
